– Click on above link to download ROT Form to your computer.
– Right click “Save link as….” to your computer folder.
– Open & fill up the “ROT” file
– Remember to Save your “ROT” file as “yourcompanyname.xls”.
– Email & attach “ROT” file to: vasu@forefront.my, cservice@forefront.my & yogeswary@forefront.my
